IMPORTANT NOTE: Our diagnostics and estimates typically cannot be completed on a "while you wait" basis. In order for us to do our job properly, please be prepared to leave your laptop at the shop. A Laptop Monitor Repair representative will call you, typically the same business day, with your FREE estimate for repairing and to receive your authorization for repair.

If it is determined that your laptop requires other repairs in addition to, or instead of, a laptop monitor replacement or repair, a Laptop Monitor Repair representative will provide an estimate and receive your go-ahead prior to completing any work. Per our estimate policy, repair estimates are FREE unless your computer or laptop is completely "dead" and will not power up. At that point it will require a higher level diagnostic procedure to determine the problem, and a $49 diagnostic fee will be charged for this service. Diagnostic fees are WAIVED for all customers who elect to have the recommended repair or service performed on their laptop by Laptop Monitor Repair.
NOTE: If you elect not to replace or repair your laptop monitor, Laptop Monitor Repair offers data recovery services. We can get files - documents, photos, music, etc. - from your old laptop and place it on CD or DVD media so you can load and use them on your new laptop or computer. We also offer disposal services for laptops that cannot be repaired.
